Our Maintenance Plus Option covers Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays. This cover is ideal for those businesses that operate within the above times. Major incidents are responded to within 4 hours, minor issues are responded to within 8 hours.

Maintenance Plus Charge
Before we can figure out the cost of this service for your business, we usually need to do a survey. The cost does vary depending on the system type, the age of the phone system, and what aspects of the system you want to have cover for.
Our telephone system maintenance agreements are available on a 3 year contract or a 5 year contract. These can be paid on a monthly basis or an annual basis. Fenix Solutions produce an easy to understand bill, and we also provide you with a service level agreement (SLA) for your peace of mind.
