Telephone System Maintenance Options
To keep our maintenance as simple as possible, we have two options available:
This covers Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays. This cover is ideal for those businesses that operate within the above times. Major incidents are responded to within 4 hours, minor issues are responded to within 8 hours.
24/7/365 cover. Fenix Solutions offer 24/7 maintenance to all our customers. If your business doesn’t fit the normal 9am to 5pm pattern then 24/7 might be for you. Major incidents are responded to within 4 hours, minor issues are responded to within 8 hours.
How Does Our Maintenance Work
We have a team of manufacturer accredited engineers who cover all of Northern Ireland. Most new phone systems do come with at least a 1 year warranty, so most hardware and software is covered for that first year.
Phone systems that are more than a year old, are then out of warranty and the reality is that they can go faulty. Those faults range from simple things such as the handset leads, transmitters, to the more complex items such as system board issues etc.
On older legacy systems such as Nortel or Avaya systems, there is a greater risk of something going wrong. It is also difficult to find parts or the epertise to fix these.
When you take a maintenance agreement out with us, we will look after your phone system. You can pay for this service on a monthy basis or on an annual basis. (Subject to a 3 or 5 year contract)
This agreement gives businesses peace of mind that should anything go wrong with their phone system, then help is simply a phone call away.
Third Party Maintenance
Some companies in Northern Ireland have their telephone systems supplied through a UK national contract and by a UK supplier. Those suppliers may not have an engineering presence in Northern Ireland.
Fenix Solutions work with many UK suppliers and act on their behalf do provide maintenance cover on those telephone systems.
