Our Story

Fenix Solutions formed in 2006, after a management buyout, which returned the branch to a local Belfast based company. We had formerly been in business for 7 years, as the Ireland branch of Kingston Communications (Hull) plc.

As you can imagine a lot has changed since then. We have grown exponentially to become one of Northern Ireland's top Telecommunications companies. We have seen our fair share of technological innovation over the years, from traditional phone systems to the latest in hosted and cloud based technology. 

As such we understand the importance of updating our services to incorporate the latest in communications technology. That is why we only offer phone systems from leading global brands such as Ericsson-LG, Avaya and Panasonic.

It is guaranteed that technology will always change and evolve, that’s just a given in our industry. However, what will always remain a constant in Fenix, is our commitment to providing our customers with a high quality customer service.

We have also continued to expand what we can offer to Northern Ireland businesses. This includes a range of audio and video conferencing services, mobile services and IT services.

All communication services are moving to rely on broadband, and we have partnered up with world class companies to make those available to businesses.
