Maintenance Plus

Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays. This cover is ideal for those businesses that operate within the above times. Major incidents are responded to within 4 hours, minor issues are responded to within 8 hours.

Maintenance Pro

24/7/365 cover. Fenix Solutions offer 24/7 maintenance to all our customers. If your business doesn’t fit the normal 9am to 5pm pattern then 24/7 might be for you. Major incidents are responded to within 4 hours, minor issues are responded to within 8 hours.

3rd Party Maintenance

Fenix Solutions understand that it is not possible to have engineers based all over Ireland, the UK, or even Europe. That’s why we offer 3rd party back to back or callout contracts. Our engineers will represent your company while onsite and provide the exemplary service your clients deserve. This superb service is why Fenix already support 3rd party contracts for some of the major telecoms service providers such as Kcom, Cable & Wireless and Maintel.

Data Maintenance

As with our 3rd Party Maintnenance on telecom solutions we also offer the same for data hardware. Fenix can provide back to back SLA contracts or callout only contracts for all your data needs. Fenix Solutions can rent local fully insured storage for spares on these contacts that are accessible 24/7.
